We accept MP3, M4A, WAV, and MP4 files. These cover the vast majority of recording formats from phones, laptops, and video call software. Your CV should be uploaded as a PDF, and the job description can be pasted as text or uploaded as a PDF.
Yes. Phone recordings in M4A or MP3 format work well. The audio quality from a phone placed on a desk or in a pocket is usually sufficient for accurate transcription. Background noise may reduce accuracy slightly, but our transcription handles most real-world recording conditions.
Most analyses are delivered within 5 minutes of uploading your files. Longer interviews may take slightly more time due to transcription length. You will receive your full report on-screen as soon as processing completes.
Yes. Your recording, CV, and job description are used solely to produce your analysis. We do not share your files with third parties, use them for training, or retain them longer than necessary to deliver your report. Your interview content stays between you and the tool.
